Refund Policy

Returns

Returns are only accepted within 14 days of the date of purchase and are at the sole discretion of 3YO USA. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If the product is received by us in unused and undamaged condition and in its original packaging, we will refund your purchase price minus shipping. Shipping costs are determined by the amount either you paid at checkout or If the item shipped free then it would be the amount we paid to ship the item to you. That amount will be deducted from any refund. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Warranty

Most manufacturers we distribute, warrant their products against defects in material and workmanship, usually for 30 days from date of purchase. We will complete the warranty replacement ourselves, or put you in contact with the manufacturer, at our discretion.  We will require complete technical details of use before assessing the warranty claim. The manufacturer's warranty shall be the only warranty, and 3YO USA makes no warranty or representation, neither expressed nor implied.

Warranty Returns: You must contact us @ orders@3YO-USA.com and obtain a return authorization. We may require complete details as to how the product was installed, used, etc. Warranty returns can not be accepted without prior authorization.

Incorrect Shipment

If we made an error and shipped an incorrect item, we will send you the correct item, at our cost. We will also pay the return freight. You must properly package the returned goods. We may require the return of the incorrect item before we ship the replacement. Returns must be in original, clean, unmarked and undamaged packaging. You must contact us and obtain return authorization and shipping instructions before returning any item.

Damaged During Shipment

UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS- We will assist you in making a claim to the carrier. You must contact us immediately when an item is damaged or missing in shipping. To submit a claim to a carrier you will need to provide the following: a picture of the damaged item, the box/packaging, shipping label and packing slip.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact us for authorization. In the case of special items or large quantities, we may or may not be able to accept your cancellation.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at orders@3yo-usa.com.
